No, should not be a problem. As long as you have installed the
lib\*.lib's and the include\openssl\*.h files under the OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR
directory.
But it will not harm to add a '-G "Visual Studio 15 2017"' or something
like that in your cmake command line.
