Yes it does, as we've already quoted and discussed in this thread.

Can anyone think of a reason to keep LIBSSH2_SFTP_PACKET_MAXLEN defined in a
public header file btw?

I don't think we have anything in the API that uses nor needs it, and I'd
rather just remove it from external visibility and double the sanity-check in
the sftp code.
