I guess the question is if it still works with the changes that have
been made to the SFTP support in libssh2.

But no doubt we want to fix this once and for all so that buffer
sizes really are arbitrary numbers as far as the library is
concerned.

I believe it's done at transport level at least, only SFTP left. :)
