I didn't know the dsp files were generated from other scripts since they
were checked into the source repository directly. If they are generated
then whatever is the source of that process should also be upgraded to
include the knownhost.c file.

So are you saying that you already have this process for libssh2 or that
you know of how it should work but it needs to be implemented for libssh2?
